How do I get a tracking number for my package?
TRACKING INFORMATION FOR ORDERS:
[USPS option]: When ordering from us using the United States Postal Service (USPS), we send you an email with a confirmation of shipment. As part of this email, you will need to look for the "Delivery Confirmation" This will be a long number that you will be able to enter in at USPS.com. Once on the homepage, go to the "Track & Confirm" link and enter your number. All info that is available will be displayed here.
[UPS option]: When ordering from us using the United Parcel Service (UPS), we do not automatically send out tracking numbers. If you request one from us via email, we will gladly send yours to you. Please make sure to email us and supply us your name and Order number for us to reference. We will then reply back you with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can then visit ups.com and enter in your tracking. All info that is available will be displayed here.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase from Monsta Clothing?
It is always preferred to have a PayPal account, but IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A MONSTA CLOTHING PURCHASE. (FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS TO LEARN HOW) If you choose not to pay through a PayPal account, this will still work fine. This is what you need to do. Once you get to step 2 of 3 on the checkout procedure, you will see that it mentions the payment method through PayPal. Ignore that and proceed to "Continue Checkout". Go ahead and confirm your order and click "Confirm Order and Pay". The next screen you will see is a PayPal login screen. At this point, if you choose to pay through PayPal, go ahead and login and follow your instructions. If choose not to use the PayPal option, you will see on the right hand side an area that says "Pay with debit or credit card". The next page will have a generic area to enter in your credit card info for a general payment. At this point you will just use your credit card like any other time and fill in the appropriate blanks to finish processing. How accurate are the products that I see online to what I will receive?
Monsta Clothing Co. goes to great lengths to make sure that the product you see is what you get. We do everything we can, with the latest technologies available, to color adjust each image to reflex the true nature of the actual garment that you purchase. Monsta Clothing Co. also makes sure to include all viable information about the garment in question. Make sure to read all the description areas carefully. All our customers will see that we include the brand make of the garment, quality weight, fabric color, design imprint color and/or embroidery thread color of each item that we sell. We try and think like we were you (the customer) and answer, to the best of our ability, any and all questions that you might have about our products before you make a purchase. We not only supply written descriptions about our apparel, but we also supply as many photos of the product, at different angles, to allow you to truly understand the quality of the purchase you are about to make. Always make sure to click on the product image to display an enlarged view for the most detailed visual description. Please note that colors may vary due to the monitor calibration of each individual computer screen. Monsta Clothing Co. is not responsible for the actual color seen on each individuals monitor. All monitors may vary in actual color, so refer to product descriptions or contact us for further detail.
How do your shirts sizes run as far as the fit?
For men's standard shirts, all of our shirts are loose-fit athletic-cut. This means that they run a little larger than standard shirts. For example, we have bodybuilders that are 6 ft. tall and weigh 240 lbs. wearing an extra-large shirt. This example would be that they wear there shirt a little more snug than loose, so it depends how you like to wear your shirts.
For women's standard shirts, they run according to the fit determination. This mean if it says the product is a "loose fit", then the product fits like a regular shirt would. If the product says it is a "contour fit", then the product will be more form fitting and hug the body for more of a slim-fitting look.
What is the best way to care for my shirts (as far as shrinkage)?
Almost all of our products are 100% pre-shrunk cotton, but as you probably know they can still shrink. The best way to make sure your shirt stays looking as new as possible, is to hand-dry your shirts after washing. This will prevent the most amount of shrinkage and preserve the fabric and ink quality longest. (Nothing can age your clothing items more than a dryer - especially a hot dryer) If you see that your clothing is fitting a little large, then we recommend tossing it in the dryer once to shrink it a little to fit you more to your liking. Make sure to dry on the lower heat setting to avoid too much shrinkage. But good thing these shirts are pre-shrunk which avoids over-shrinking commonly associated with non pre-shrunk cotton.
Do we carry sizes that are not offered?
We carry the most popular sizes as our main selection, but we sometimes carry the smaller and oversized sizes in our local store-front. If you are in need of sizes that we do not display, please feel free to drop us a line to see if we have what you are looking for. Surprisingly enough, we have been finding odd sizes for people and sometimes adding there size to new orders that are coming up. If you are a die-hard Monsta fan and have to have your specific size, let us know and we can make arrangements to include it in future orders. So if you need (for example) a man's small, woman's large, or small-medium hat, let us know and we can always try to work something out. If you can be flexible with us in getting it, we can be flexible with you in making it.
What are the different shipping methods? Do we ship internationally?
Monsta Clothing utilizes both United Parcel Service (UPS) as well as United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic shipping. Yes we do ship internationally. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service as our primary method of shipment, but upon special request form customers, we can ship using UPS. Although the rates for UPS or usually more expensive.
Does Monsta Clothing produce a catalog for mail-out?
Unfortunately, we do not produce a catalog. Besides the over-all expense, catalogs become outdated so quickly that you (the customer) would not have the ability to review the new hot items that come out more regularly. It would be a disservice to our customer, who would depend on the newest product updates, to have a catalog that would be limited. We found that our website gives as much information (if not more) than a catalog would. It would also allow you to check updates more frequently and review at your leisure. Monsta Clothing works very hard to make your shopping experience as rewarding and informative as possible for our customers. With multiple angle view product shots and detailed product descriptives of every product that we carry, we feel that the customer would have all the viable information at hand to make a wise purchase and feel comfortable that they understand what they purchased.
